●第一回 早稲田杯 開催決定！！
皆さんこんにちは。早稲田大学相撲部です。
さて、この度、早稲田大学男子在学生（体育会所属は除く）対象に相撲大会（第1回早稲田杯）を開催することとなりました。
個人戦のみ階級別で行ないます。是非、本大学男子在学生の皆さんふるってご参加下さい！
もちろん、入賞者には豪華商品が用意されています！また試合終了後には、我が相撲部伝統の
ちゃんこ鍋をご賞味いただきます！皆様のご参加をお待ちしています！！

大会日時：平成23年5月15日（日）10時開始予定
当日は9時までにご集合下さい。計量を行います。
場 所：東伏見スポーツアリーナ地下相撲場
西武新宿線「東伏見」駅アイスアリーナ口下車5分
参加資格：早稲田大学男子在学生に限る（体育会所属は除く）
試合方法：65kg未満、75kg未満、85kg未満
上記体重別でトーナメント方式で行なう予定。
参加人数によっては総当りのリーグ戦を行なう予定。
当日持物：タオル・短パンをご用意下さい。短パンの上から実技用のまわしを
着用していただきます。
申し込み：申込用紙は早稲田大学競技スポーツセンターに
ありますので、必要事項を記入後、同所に提出
してください。（5月6日から配布予定）
またメールも受付いたします。
学部、学年、氏名、体重、連絡先を記載し、
wmurofushi@kens-4.co.jpまでメールをお送り下さい。
尚、当日参加もOKです。学生証を持参下さい。

Hi! Greetings from the Waseda University Sumo Team!
We are pleased to announce that we will be organising our very first Waseda Sumo Cup. All Waseda male Students are qualified to join!
The competition will be held individually (1 on 1) and there will be attractive prizes for winners. Also, participants will be treated to the traditional Chanko Nabe after the competition!
The details to the competition are as follows:
Date: 15th MAY 2011
10AM (please report to the venue at 9AM for weight check)
Venue: Waseda University Higashi-fushimi Campus Sports Hall
B1 Sumo Dohjo
(Seibu-Shinjuku Line Higashi-Fushimi Station)
Criteria: Open to all current Waseda University Male Students (except for those already on
varsity teams)
Things to bring: Bath towel, T-shirt, Shorts (Mawashi will be worn over shorts)
Application method: Forms will be available at the Waseda University Athletics Center from 6th
May or you may send us with your details (Name, School Year, Faculty,
Height, Weight) to lam.kong@i.softbank.jp
However you may also sign up on the day itself, please bring along your
Student ID and the necessary items
Competition details: You will be divided into 3 classes according to your
weight (below 65kg, below 75kg, below 85kg) and you will be competing
with people within your own class
(We are still considering whether to conduct Team competitions, depending
on the number of participants)
